Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Approach existing and new customers to remind them about motor insurance renewal and up-sell products.
  • Perform sales conversations based on scripts that describe motor and non-motor insurance products or services with necessary adjustments to ensure consistency of the sales campaign.
  • Prepare quotations, explain benefits and persuade potential customers to purchase insurance renewal and/or new market business.
  • Follow up with potential customers through telephone, email, SMS, and Whatsapp.
  • Attend and answer questions from customers across all channels.
  • Obtain or verify customer information accurately such as name, contact number, correspondence address, email address, and payment method.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information/feedback for quality control.
  • Go the &#; to meet month-by-month sales targets and facilitate future sales.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree
  • Able to work independently with a positive character and willing to take up new challenges
  • Good command and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Computer literate
