• Service existing EMP customers, obtain orders, answer inquiries & identify the correct part numbers
• To collect latest market information like customer needs, problem, interest, competitive activities and potential for new opportunity
• To act like a link bridge to ensure all the latest information been shared effectively with the customer with positive result/outcome
• Generating weekly and monthly sales & outstanding order reports
