Job Description
- Assist in planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor
- Interact with Planner to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date
- Assist in updating the standard costs in the BOM as needed
- Assisting in spare part inquiry from sales team
- Assist in providing data and detailed reports which specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products/ projects for value engineering purposes
- Work closely with Finance team to closeout completed project/ work order by ensuring all material, labor and outside service costs are recorded in support of timely issuance of financial statements
- Work closely with other functional areas of the company related to the product costing
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure
Job Requirements:
- Candidate is currently pursuing at least a Diploma in Finance/ Accounting or other related fields
- Duration of internship with 5 months is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and analytical skills
- Appreciate the importance for a high level of accuracy in data produced
- Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
