RESPONSIBILITY
– Actively monitor & improve Food Safety Management System
– Fast Pace, ensure all practices and procedures are carried out accordingly.
– Alert & immediately solve non-conformities detected, notify Top Management.
– Review control effectiveness and cost benefits efficiency, suggest improvements/solutions.
– Ensure quality inspection from incoming materials till final output done within specifications
– Monitor stock inventory & quality, place order/GRN and update system.
– Lead Production, Warehouse & Logistic team operations
– Liaise with customers, external parties, local & oversea authorities.
– Production planning and assigning task according to worker’s capability and suitability.
– Ensure production schedule is on track, control to minimise losses.
– Ensure timely completion of order to meet shipping deadline.
– Provide briefing & training to new workers and/or other workers when necessary.
– Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Top Management
REQUIREMENT
– Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa & English, able to speak, read & write.
– Welcome fresh grad Diploma/Degree OR
– Minimum SPM holder with 3 years experience in Food Processing.
– Possess leadership and ability to plan, organise, implement and supervise daily activities.
– Familiar with ISO/HACCP and GMP, strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Committed and result driven individual, able to meet tight deadlines.
– Have own transport, able travel when necessary
– Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am-1.30pm
