Responsibility:
- To manage walk in customer at the service centre.
- To consistently give excellent service at the service centre.
- To ensure all the stipulated guideline and procedure are followed.
- To ensure KPIs established been met.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Diploma in any field.
- Proven field service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
