This is a rare opportunity to join a global market leader as a Senior Craftsman for Colgate Palmolive
Malaysia’s Homecare manufacturing plant.
Job Description:
● To perform equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment servicing and TPM
activities
● To plan, carry out and record preventive maintenance activities
● To conduct changeover activities
● To perform in machine adjustment and fine turning
● To ensure completeness of documentation related to assigned work area
● To compile equipment data history
● To trouble shoot and solve machine problems
● To maintain good housekeeping at respective workstations and surrounding areas
● Train and guide Craftsman and Machine Operator in technical & TPM knowledge
● Follow and practice Safety/GMP requirement at workplace
● Attend and participate in team meeting & involve in TPM activities
● Perform other duties as assigned such as assisting in plant trial, improvement and
engineering project, develop training materials and etc
Requirements:
● Completed at least SPM or SPTM, with minimum 7 years working experience in Maintenance
in a Manufacturing environment
● Possess MLVK 2 or CPTS 2 or Certificate in Mechanical Level 2
● Able to speak and write either Bahasa Malaysia or English
● Able to perform simple calculation
