Job Description
Customer service position to handle general inquiries, resolve customer dispute, address issues, increase customer satisfaction.
Responsible for identifying customer needs, qualifying leads and assigning leads to relevant sales representative.
Handle Sales order processing
Handle calls professionally and provide accurate and timely info, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services.
Resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction by rectifying problems and providing solutions.
To support sales team to adhere to the sales and KPIs.
Maintain an orderly workflow according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s and compliance guidelines.
Work closely with the internal teams (Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Billing) to ensure smooth delivery arrangement and billing document.
Monitoring stocks movement and stock readiness status.
