  • Carry out tracking and monitoring of sales leads, analysing and concluding the sales leads
  • Enhance the sales process by identifying the pain points and making the process more efficient
  • Carry out sales projects and cascade down to the frontliners on the implementation and execution
  • Actively and aggressively market and identify new business opportunities and customer acquisition
  • Engage with branches and relationship managers from other departments for cross selling activities
  • Be the liaison between share trading centers and HQ – RBIL
  • Attend to & handling of customers&#; business needs

Job Requirement

  • Possess a recognised Degree in Business Studies / Accounting / Finance / Banking / Sales & Marketing / Investment related studies
  • Preferably candidate with Module 6 and Module 7
  • Working experience in similar capacity / in stockbroking industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Excellent team player & motivator who is proactive
  • Willing to learn, matured, confident, trustworthy, compliant and hardworking
  • Exceptional & extraordinary quality customer service
  • Interest and passion in the stock market and share investment
