Job Description

Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Legal Contracts Administrator (9 Months Contract). We are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to the life cycle management of contracts in Apttus. A successful Contracts Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company.

The candidate will ideally be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and commence in April 2025.

 

As a Legal Contracts Administrator (9 Months Contract) you will:

•            Coordinate and perform end user-training

•            Troubleshoot Apttus end user inquiries

•            Help end user reporting requests

•            Update Apttus user reports in the Apttus Reference Material folder weekly

•            Run a report to check last login of Apttus and deactivate user licenses not used in the past six months on a monthly basis.

•            Audit Requests – Provide the requisite reports and address queries

•            Assist in collating documents or support materials for any ongoing projects

•            Troubleshoot DocuSign related queries

•            Manage help desk ticketing for new user requests/Inactive users (Service now)

•            Set up Legal training sessions on SharePoint and on Teams

•            Review the Terminated list on SharePoint and update Apttus on a daily basis.

•            Work/assist on Articles for different types of Apttus training guidelines for MBS (My Business Services)

•            Coordinate with IT and update leavers list in Apttus.

•            Create profiles in DocuSign and manage permission sets in Apttus for NA2 users.

•            Assist in making contract changes (status/fields/owners/requestors etc) for mass agreements, thereby maintaining accuracy in Apttus.

•            Script testing for seasonal Apttus upgrades.

•            Extend assistance on any Continuous Improvement Project for the legal team

 

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

•            Education: Diploma or degree in business administration, management or a related field

•            Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in administrative roles or in dealing with contract management tools, preferably in a law firm or legal environment. Possess basic knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to contracts.

•            Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Familiarity with Salesforce and e-signature tools is preferred

•            Language: Proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.

•            Attributes: High levl of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
