Job Description
- Supervise and assist in IQC/IPQC/OQA process
- Supervise and assist in parts rejection and modification process
- Supervise and assist in data collection for internal/external rejects & errors
- Develop and maintain Quality Control specification and procedure
- Work with Engineering, Production and Suppliers to understand the root cause of internal/external rejects & errors
- Work with Engineering, Production and Suppliers to contain/minimize impact due to internal/external rejects & errors
- Prepare IQC/IPQC/OQA report for management and stakeholders
- Review IQC/IPQC/OQA data & reports to identify process/product improvement opportunities
- Set expectations and manage quality performance of external suppliers. Perform supplier audit when necessary
- Proactive implementation of Prevention & Correction action implementation
- Work with purchasing to source for new inspection tools/equipment
- Prepare (or assist) 8D report for customers and stakeholders
- Develop training material and conduct internal training
